Cleaning / Final cleaning
Final cleaning of the apartments will be charged separately: €40 to €60.
tourist tax
The tourist tax is €4.80 per person per day for guests aged 15 and over and is charged separately.

cancellation
In Austria, hotel bookings are subject to the ‘Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions’, according to which free cancellation is possible up to three months before arrival. After that, cancellation fees increase: from one month to 30 days in advance, 70% one week to one month in advance and 90% in the last week before arrival.
