The Pinnistor apartment house is located at the entrance to the idyllic Pinnistal valley in Neustift in the Stubai Valley – the perfect starting point for adventures in summer and winter.

Our house is located at the entrance to the Pinnistal , one of the most beautiful and unspoilt side valleys of the Stubaital. Here you can expect a unique combination of peace, nature and adventure – perfect for an unforgettable summer or winter holiday in Tyrol.
By car:
Take the A13 towards Brenner.
Stubaital exit: Take the Stubaital exit and follow the B183 (Stubaitaler Bundesstraße) towards Neustift.
Continue on the B183: Stay on the B183 until you reach Neustift-Neder.
Turn-off in Neustift – Neder: Turn left before the Zeggerbrücke bridge and follow the road through Neder, keeping to the right until you reach the Griesbrücke bridge. From there, you will see Haus Pinnistor directly in front of you.
By bus from Innsbruck:
Bus lines 590a and 590b provide a direct connection from Innsbruck Central Station (main entrance 50 metres to the right) to Haus Pinnistor (Neder district). Follow the link to TVB Stubai to download the VVT Smart Ride app and all bus timetables free of charge.
The Stubai Tyrol Tourist Board provides holidaymakers staying in the Stubai Valley with a travel voucher for their arrival and departure to/from the Stubai Valley from/to Innsbruck, which entitles them to one free use of bus line 590 (Bus Stubai) or the Stubai Valley Railway (STB).
Innsbruck Airport:
Bus line F takes you directly to Innsbruck Central Station, and from there you can take line 590 (to the left of the main entrance) to Neustift-Neder.

The bus stop in Neder is about a 10-minute walk away. From there, a bus runs directly to the Stubai Glacier approximately every 15 minutes.
Direct access at Haus Pinnistor (Griesbrücke):
At certain times, you can board the ski bus directly in front of our house or return from the glacier to us.

Restaurants nearby
Within walking distance: There are two restaurants and a pizzeria right next door.
The riverside path takes you to the centre of Neustift in about 20 minutes, where you will find many restaurants and pubs.
In about 15 minutes you can reach the landscape lake in Kampl with the Kampler Seestube restaurant.
Shopping facilities
There is a food vending machine for emergencies right next to our house.
A SPAR supermarket is a 5-minute drive away in Kampl.
Two large grocery stores – also open on Sundays and public holidays in winter – are located in the centre of Neustift (also only 5 minutes away by car).

Ski bus
The ski bus to the Stubai Glacier, Austria’s largest glacier ski area, is only a 10-minute walk away. The bus also stops directly in front of the Pinnistor apartment building several times a day, so you can start your day of skiing relaxed and without a car.
Tobogganing fun
The meadow path takes you comfortably to the Elfer lifts, where pure winter fun awaits you. After a rapid toboggan ride, you can return directly to our house – it couldn’t be more perfect!
Cross-country skiing in the Stubai Valley
Just 300 metres away, the magnificent cross-country ski trail runs through the Stubai Valley – ideal for beginners and athletic cross-country skiers.
Kampl landscape lake
The Kampl landscape lake (1 km away) invites you to relax and linger – with a large playground for children and a cosy sunbathing lawn for the whole family.

Riverside hiking trail
Just a few minutes’ walk away: the riverside hiking trail along the Ruetzbach stream takes you from the Kampl landscape lake (1 km) to the centre of Neustift (2 km) – ideal for a leisurely stroll and enjoying nature.
Paragliding in Neustift
The landing site and flight school are only 2 km away – ideal for a spontaneous tandem flight over the Stubai Valley.
